We understand that from time to time appointments need be rescheduled or cancelled and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Our policy requires that any rescheduling or cancellations be received by our office no later than 5:00 p.m. the day prior to the scheduled date of service in order to avoid a $25.00 trip fee. This enables us to adjust our schedule and avoid making any unnecessary stops. If we complete the requested work prior to your rescheduling or cancellation, payment in full is required.
